Furthermore, the strained interpersonal communication between the nurses is also considered another important issues that can affect the level of service delivery. When the team of nurses lack proper ways of communicating between themselves, they end up not delivering quality service to the latter (Kourkouta & Papathaniasiou, 2014). For instance, they may pass contradicting information of the patients, a condition that may undermine their overall safety.
