Exercise science Admission essay
INSTRUCTIONS:
Students are required to upload a statement of purpose (must be no more than 1000 words in length) which must include: 1) educational and career objectives and how a degree in Exercise Science will aid you in achieving those goals, and 2) list of extracurricular activities, including jobs, volunteer work, student clubs/organizations, etc.
Exercise science is a theory-based, research-led discipline that aims to understand and promote individual well-being by applying solutions to health problems related to physical inactivity. Kinesiology is the study of human movement through the understanding of mechanics, anatomy and physiology.
